A practical book on boxing fitness is long overdue in the martial arts world and Ian Oliver is eminently qualified to produce such a guide. Ian’s approach to the ‘noble art’ is the same as his approach to life; a down-to-earth, non-nonsense view supported by superior levels of intelligence and humility. Those of us who have been lucky enough to train under Ian have marveled at his wealth of knowledge and his ability to express and share his experiences. He has the ability to make the complex seem simple and is constantly adding to his seemingly endless repertoire of drills. great fitness book, especially for guys
i bought this book for my boyfriend. he is not a boxer but likes the sport and is into fitness. he REALLY liked it.
